I was just looking at the OECD Economic Outlook , and I noticed that real wages have been falling in Germany for the last two years. Isn't everyone here always saying that if hiring costs fall in Germany their economy will grow? The OECD says that Euroland needs to stimulate domestic demand. How are they going to do that with falling wages?
