Nope, I've looked through a few pages. I know Americans go to Canada for medical treatments but can't find a link, sorry.
Besides, it's kind of third world.

There's GOT to be a way to run the American health care system much less expensively than its run now.
For an industrialized country, South Korea spends a very very very low % of its GDP on medicine but the level of care is pretty decent. Very little paperwork, some government support without too much government control and lots of cheapo little clinics.
Of course there's some problems like doctors getting lifetime liscences that almost never got revoked and employer/government supported insurance not covering dental or a lot of the more expensive elective surgeries...Stop Quoting BenComment

I agree Bosh. Did you read Zkribs link or my second link? Lots of good info.
DinoDoc, the Philippines is safe as long as you don't go to the extreme southern most part of the southenmost island. I live in Oregon and don't worry about the LA gangs. Same thing. I've been there 5 times now for a total of about 16 months if you combine all the trips. Never felt threatened at all. Also, there are well over 100,000 Americans living permanantly in the Phils. I think it's safer than Oregon myself, and Oregon is pretty safe.

The Labor Party USA has a plan to creative a universal payer system that will not only save America money, but put everyone on universal healthcare and provide job training for those in the insurance industry who lose their jobs for up to four years.
