    Seriously. Why is congress just bending over for these groups? It is ridiculous and embarassing that when ever they want something done, it is almost immediately passed. Doesn't congress have more important issues they could be focusing on??? And wtf is with this broadcast flag the MPAA is pushing the FCC to use? now we aren't supposed to be able to record television any more? seriously, something needs to be done before this gets WAAAAY out of hand.

                    The fcc couldn't get their broadcast flag though, so now they are wanting to change the rules so they can try again.

                      I'm sure you could understand the OP if you tried. The MPAA is trying to make it illegal to record things off of TV which is an activity which is currently legal. That's not downloading music.
