Sports tycoon Malcolm Glazer has unveiled details of his £790m ($1.5bn) takeover bid for Manchester United.
In a statement on Friday, Mr Glazer confirmed that the offer would be 300 pence for each Manchester United share, valuing the club at about £790.3m.
He now owns 71.8% of United - after buying the 28.7% stake of Irish racing tycoons JP McManus and John Magnier - but needs 75% to delist the club.www.my-piano.blogspot -
