Not at the moment. Atkins requires a constant supply of meat, which requires a better income than I have. One of the things Atkins did for me though, was get me to prepare a lot more home cooked meals. My food tasted a lot better than what I had been eating. I figured, as long as I'm not on the diet, I should eat what I won't have when I go back on the diet. Dang, that chuck shoulder really didn't turn out the way I wanted. I braised it in vinegar, and now it's really tangy, but not in a good way.
