I have just spent the last few hours in the OT archive, trying to excavate some gems.

Among them, there are classics such as Stefu's Apolyton 1904, or Monkspider's Impersonation thread (a must read).

I also got to see the time of most intense French-bashing/obsession, where basically every page had a new thread about France started by a Yank (see in the vicinity of page 250).

I originally went there to find Fez' You provinde NOTHING!

I still haven't excavated two of my favourite threads (a techie thread that degenerated very very quickly, and a forum drama between Charmon1 and his DL), but the research continues.

BTW, Tassadar, it's been two years that your son intended to join the military, and he should be of age now. Did our sound advice manage to dissuade him?

My understanding is that relations with Russia have actually deteriorated seriously, to the point that Putin is expected to be defeated in the next election (for being America's whipping boy), unless he cancels them altogether and decides to make himself dictator (which is possible).
