Which side are you arguing? Individuals can't be fined or arrested for behavior broadcast over the airwaves, unless they are employees of the station. The stations and employees agree to be regulated in return for the privelege of using the public's airwaves.Originally posted by BlackCat

libel & slander
obscenity ("I know it when I see it")
fighting words or incitement to committ a crime
words which could cause injury (yelling fire in a crowded theater--assuming there is no fire)

Did any of you even read the article? He was arrested for disorderly conduct.
You can be arrested for anything a policeman decides to arrest you for.
Whether they were right in arresting him is entirely different.
I don't feel sorry for the jackass, but I imagine charges will be dropped. Which I am also fine with.
