The state channels knowing they have to try and keep some level blasted us with documentaries about the holy scriptures' interpratations etc.
I was zapping and didn't follow a documentary from start to finish but it talked about differences between the different apostoles in the way Jesus was arrested.
It also talked about the last supper.
Now I don't think I'm wrong but there was a guy there who I think let the suspicion linger that the lines "drink this is my blood, eat this is my flesh" were not alligorical
I mean he didn't say it flat out but that's the suggestion he was trying to pass.
