Well, one housemate is moving out this June and we would like to acquire a replacement.
So if you're interested or know of anybody who may be interested, feel free to PM me.
The townhouse is in Riverside in county of.... Riverside (who would have thought?!?) in Southern California.
You will be getting a bedroom with its own bathroom. There will be two other housemates (me and the other fellow).
The rent will probably include ulitilies (mine does along with basic stuff like dish soap and tiolet paper). DSL is also included in the rent.
There's a washer and dryer. Community pool and spa's there too.
No smoking inside allowed. I don't smoke myself but the other guy does and he do it in the backyard.
If you are looking for new friends or companions or whatever, move on along, nothing here for you. We have our own lives and we cannot be arsed to be there and keep you company. If we happen to hit it off, ok. If we turn out to be strangers who happens to live under the same roof - that's perfectly fine too.
As long you show basic respect and courstey toward others, keep the kitchen at least reasonably clean, and refrain from abusing utilities excessively (in other word, hands off that central air conditioning!), I don't care what you do in your bedroom - it's your business (unless you smoke in there ha). Of course you are responsible for and will be held liable for anything your guests and 'guests' do.
Gender, sexual orientation, race, whatever - I don't give a flying...
