How? Basically turned the "date" into an Intern Night Out, inviting a bunch of other folks to come along, and then studiously avoiding saying a word to me the entire night.

I've been turned down with a similar scent of "class" just the other month.

That girl from my latin course really one of the cutest at uni, quite cool too. I arranged a pub meeting of some latin course inner circle, tried approaching her all the way along. She didn't show up, and nowadays doesn't speak a word to or even look at me. it's like Kindergarten really.
