  • Limbaugh's Goose is Cooked

Florida Supremes permit the DA's fishing expedition of Limbaugh's medical records to continue. Ugh!

It looks like Limbaugh is dead, unless he takes it to the Federal Courts.

In this case, the ACLU supports Limbaugh's right to privacy.

(BTW, no one can deny that this is not just one more abuse of power by Democrats. They are out to get Limbaugh even if they have to invade his privacy.)

Why do you insist on calling every Freedom of Information Act filing fishing? I ask because I noticed you claiming that the ACLU asking for basic details like how many prisoners were at Gitmo and how long they had been there without being charge was "fishing" to you. You then claimed the ACLU was unAmerican for trying to find out what out government was doing in our name.

Oerdin, I will dismiss your statement as uniformed nonsense.

Oerdin, this has nothing to do with an FOIA filing.

So what exactly was the fishing you were talking about in the other thread? You said the ACLU was unAmerican because it was fishing for details on people at Gitmo.

Oerdin, this case involved the Florida authorities seizing Limbaugh's records without applying first to a court as required by law.

The fishing FOIA by the ACLU had to do with al Qa'ida and other prisoners held outside the US. Gitmo is not the sole focus of the FOIA's.

Well at least the ACLU is consistent. The Dems cannot claim though that they are champions of peoples right to privacy, when they deny it to leaders of the opposite party.

i agree. the dems are no champions of the peoples right to privacy. just like the republicans, they do things that suit them politically at the time. the libertarians are on the other hand for privacy, and so is the ACLU. we've always got the moral high ground. you cant touch us.
