i only found the story in dutch and dont know if this is public knowledge...

he want to simplify the application procedure to build nucluar power plants because the US needs more power and he thinks that is the best way. also he wants to set up some kind of fund so that companies cant lose money while they build the powerplants or something...i am kinda bored so someone else can find the link and the corret story and i will post it here
