Why? I've been saying for ages that Longhorn wouldn't be all it was promised to be, and now that's starting to come true.

But why listen to you? You're just a silly little boy.

              Windows Me = Georgia.

How come it always is we get dumped on here in Ga? Thats just so wrong on so many levels.

Some consider NT 4.0 Cairo, others say Cairo never happened.

NT 4.0 was officially called Cairo through development, though, even if it doesn't include all the features MS said would be coming in Cairo.

I know that I read magazine articles about the upcoming NT 5.0 (aka 2000) that called it Cairo.

Yup, some people said it would implement Cairo that NT4 was supposed to be. That never happened either.

NT4 was Cairo orignially, journalists called NT5 Cairo out of spite, 'cause NT5 was to implement what "Cairo" was supposed to be. It then became commonplace to call it Cairo, 'cause Win2K didn't have its own codename.

To be fair, you're just a silly little philosophy instructor.

Your opinion of computer technology is on the same level as a "silly little boy" by default, but even less meaningful when the silly little boy shows more analytical ability than you do.
