Plus it's not really that bad of a health risk to eat in those kind of places once in a while. When it comes stupid is when you eat a hungry man for breakfast, munch something little during the day, go and get a 3 beef burger for lunch, chunck 1 liter of coke with it, then survive to dinner without munching anything in between, eat a decent meal, then have a beer or two while watching TV and eat some potato chips... THAT'S when you blow over slow and steady, but very surely. And then it somehow surprises them people 'wow I don't evene at that much!"'. Right, but the nutrition values were so freaking horrible... yeah.. taking 4000 calories every day. Nicely done there.
And then people go 'uhh I won't eat any fat for a month and watch the carbs and the protein'. YEAH EXACTLY, but you need them all in the right amounts, every day. You need fat, you need protein and you need carbs. Even if you want to lose weight. YOu just need the right amount of them every day.
