will it make you sicker? Or will it perhaps stir up some sort of anti-viral goodness

    say, with a basic cold.

Probably won't do anything to you, but it will make the other people at the gym sick. Share and share alike.
“It is no use trying to 'see through' first principles. If you see through everything, then everything is transparent. But a wholly transparent world is an invisible world. To 'see through' all things is the same as not to see.”

You really need to rest if you are sick...it isn't a good time to stress your body, it is diverting enough resources to the immune system and could make recovery more prolonged. I'd wait...

You're suppose to rest. That's what my grandma says anyway.

I really don't know what your problem is. I give Zylka a sound piece of advice, let your body recover, and you come here acting like a pr*ck...go and pick a fight with someone else - I don't have time for arrogant little mummies boys like you...

Hey PH... I know he started it... but that doesn't mean you have to go down to his level and respond... so just let it go... because if he responds... he's toast.

I confess that when I have a minor cold I often don't stop working out, I just cut back in terms of duration, reps or weight a bit to suit my level of comfort.
