For some reason, I don't see the post. Is that the scam? Do we have to pay to see the scam?

OK, here is it...this is the money scam I received on the email...

          Dear Sir,

With a very desperate need for assistance, I have
summed up courage to contact you.

I am from (will disclose this later), presently
working in Iraq with an international organisation
that I will also disclose later, I found your contact
          particulars in an address journal.

I am seeking your assistance to evacuate the sum of
$45,000,000:00 (Forty Five million dollars) to your country or any other
safe country of your choice, as far as I can be assured that my share
will be safe in your care untill I complete my service here, this is no stolen
money, and there are no dangers involved.

          SOURCE OF MONEY:

Some money in various currencies was discovered
concealed in barrels with piles of weapons and
ammunitions at a location near one of Saddam,s old
palaces during a rescue operation, and it was agreed
by all party present that the money be shared amongst
us, this was quite an illegal thing to do, but I tell
you what? no compensation can make up for the risks we
have taken with our lives in this hell hole.

The above figure was given to me as my share, and to
conceal this kind of money became a problem for me,
so with the help of a German contact working here,
and his office enjoys some immunity, I was able to
get the package out to a safe location entirely out
          of trouble spot.

He does not know the real contents of the package, and
beleieves that it belongs to an Asian American who
died in an air raid, and before giving up, trusted me
to hand over the package to his business associate.
I have now found a secured way of getting the
package out to a safer country E for you to pick up,
and will discuss this with you when I am sure that you
          are willing to assist me.

One passionate appeal I will make to you is not to
discuss this matter with a third party, should you
have reasons to reject this offer, please destroy this
mail as any leakage of this information will be too
          bad for us.

I do not know for how long we will remain here, and I
have survived 2 suicide bomb attacks by the special
grace of God, this and other reasons I will mention
later has prompted me to reach out for help, I
honestly want this matter to be resolved immediately.
Please contact me through my email:walterpalmeroo@netscape.net. so that we
          can discuss more.

          Respectfully,

          Walter Palmer
Should I send him the money?

                    So I reply back:
I figured there was a catch to this. I just wanted to see what it was. You really think I will give you my account number?! Why dont you deduct the 476£ from my winning sum? You also stated that I could receive the money in any way I saw fit. So I want you to send me a certified check of £141,022.00 - 476£= 140546£ to the adress I gave you.
What kind of lottery makes you pay a fee BEFORE you get your prize.
And you think I will send you a copy of my passport?! HA!! You really think I am that stupid. You dont need it to give me a lottery prize.

                    Best Regards,

Now this is funny, notice how the guy tries to fool me again with this ****.

                      Good day,

My agency have been on ground for years and have encountered setbacks like yours, so we do not have any doubt about our own fidelity. we..ll, if u choose to leave your prize unclaimed, kindly name a charity where u prize can be awarded to.

                      Terry.
So I reply, with no left back.

Well well, how about this. From this source.

I've received an email from The National Lottery - is it genuine?

The National Lottery website is safe and secure however, you need to be on your guard against Internet fraudsters. The National Lottery never requests personal details, discloses any prize amounts, or asks for up-front fees. If you receive an email which sounds too good to be true, it probably is!
Lottery scams are increasing at an alarming rate. Click here for detailed information on spotting a fraudulent email.

Think I am stupid enough to fall for your scam?! Think I gave you the right adress and such?! I am not an imbecile. How about I report you to the police in the UK, thanks to the net, I can send them an e-mail to show them every message you sent me and the link to national lotto you are maliciously using. I also have your phone number I can, no, I WILL give it to them. I will also make a complaint to national lotto in the UK. I also gave your e-mail to more then 20 spam mailing lists. **** with me and I **** you up. Just be glad I dont live in the same country as you do otherwise i'd find you and kick your ass so hard your nose would bleed. I hate leeches like you that takes other poeples money just because you are to lazy to get off your fat ass and work like everyone else.

                      Have a nice day.
Never heard back from the guy. I did report him to the authorities in the UK and on Crimestoppers also.
