Wikipedia puts the latest figures at 60% of the US having a mobile phone. Astonishingly low compared to the numbers encountered Europe and Asia (80% and up in the general population.)Originally posted by MikeH

I'm struggling to find modern figures this suggests that the US only has 166 million mobile subscribers, which is only about 56%.
