How do I get to 'downloads' from here?

In an effort to show the depth of my ignorance, I ask the following:
I'm downloading the Rising Sun scn. I put the main file on my desktop where I can most often find things again. It started a file called 'View'. Then I went to download the artwork and it asked if I want to replace 'View'. I don't think I do, do I? If I don't I'm open to suggestions as to what to do next.

Hello Japher, "waz up" can be found in my thread on the chatroom. Btw, hello!

I need more help getting the Rising Sun scn to work. I downloaded the three files from Poly into the Conquest's scn dealy do and it didn't work. So, I erased what I downloaded, deleted it from Conquests and got it again from CivFanatics. I was encouraged by the fact there were only two files to download. The main file is now in Conquests/scn, but the larger second 'ART' file I don't know what to do with. Should I download it to Conquests scn or put it directly into the artwork file of the main Rising Sun file already in Conquests/scn?

Anyone?
