Both in Fan (center city with walk to restaurants and bars), both old, both 1500SF, 2br plus office, library, kitchen, DR, library, DW, radiator heat.
201 N BLVD
975 (heat and water included, value 200/month)
3rd floor, top of small apt
on busier street
wall of windows (sunroom)
opener living room/library
kitchen and bedrooms not quite as nice
(street parking only)
landlady a little tense but professional,lives in Church Hill
window unit air

1200 pluss all utilities (so $425 delta)
porch in front and back.
