Seriously, I had somebody use my email address for sending spam for selling child pronography - wheee. I suspect it was revenge for reporting a spammer to an email blacklist. I think that behaviour is common enough that I don't worry about it; it has had no consequences for me.
Using somebody elses real mail address for sending spam is called a Joe job: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe_job .
