                it is a living document, get 75% of the country to agree on something and amend the constitution. or call a constitutional convention,etc but the point is, you need more then 5 people to agree to change a document that effects 300 million.

                • Wouldn't even need %75, just %50 + in 3/4s of the state legislatures. But Scalia does what he condemns, he joins with at least 4 other members of the court to re-write the Constitution.

                          • Berz is probably all hung up about a decision or two that did not go his way, while the vast majority of the man's decisions, plus his written decisions, plus his public statements all support a non-activist viewpoint.
