Cat trouble

My cat refuses to work. I have bought new cat-nip, and I am still having troubles.

This morning my cat's litter box freshner went missing and since then I have had a rather musty smell, which is disgruntling. I have used a siamese and a persian cat and both have given me problems, let alone a working one.

Help!
