He also ignored pleas from builders working nearby

What the **** is wrong with these people. They see a person getting attacked and plead with the attacker to stop? They're at a building site, there are any number of weapons there, they should have attacked the attacker.

Nick Blackford, who lives nearby, told Sky News: "I heard a lot of screaming in the street and got out of bed. I looked out of my window and saw a man being approached by two men holding iron bars. They had been working on scaffolding up the road and had obviously seen what had happened and tried to intervene, but they were too late.
at least two of them had some ****ing balls

That's also kinda repetitive for a bet, no?

I mean, if he's muslim, he's religious, and if he kills someone with an axe he's obviously a nut.....

Does this mean I have to give Azazel my house?

Apparently the attacker was 37, the victim was 67. I'm betting father, or father-in-law.

The attacker has an axe, you suggest the builders attack him with what, exactly ?

                              A cement mixer ?

                              A set of paint brushes ? A wheelbarrow ?

I'm unfamiliar with North American buildings sites, but in the United Kingdom, assault weapons aren't an integral part of a builder's kit.

some rollers have long handles, and a wheelbarrow could certainly be used to force the attacker back.

Sledge hammers, carpenters hammers, pipes (as two of them did), rope, chain, axes, pick-axes, crow bars, cats claws, steel buckets, 2x4s, rods, razor blades, knives, spades, shovels, rakes, stakes/spikes, chunks of cement/large rocks, chainsaws, I can think of more.

If it is a crooked operation Im sure the forman has a gun stashed somewhere.

                                They also had numerical superiority.
