Looking For Excel-like Application

I need a free application that allows me to make spreadsheets.

It still sucks compared to MS Office but it's free and the spreadsheet is ok.

I hate it when Im downloading something and the time increases instead of decreasing. It quickly went from 6 hours to 13 hours.

As long as I can make a chart with the spreadsheet program Im good to go. Im going to use it to keep track of a workout routine, nothing too complicated.

Find a server that's close to you? It's only 3am where you are now so a local source shouldn't be too busy.
