Michael Jackson is not at the courthouse. He was supposed to be there at 8:30 PST, but he is at a hospital for "back problems".
The judge issued a bench warrant, and if he doesn't arrive by 9:30, his bail will be revoked and he would have to spend the remainder of the trail behind bars.
Cottage Hospital is about 50 minutes south of Santa Barbara.
He has 30 minutes left.
