I don't get it...what's wrong with Jimmy Rollins? He had a solid year last year and led the league in stolen bases.

Would you take Rollins over Garciaparra or Renteria or Cabrera or Guillen? I probably wouldn't. That means he can be had more than a few rounds back.

It'd be a waste of a 4th round pick. Because in every other draft I've seen, he hasn't been picked before the 10th round.

Given the stats we're using, JRoll ranks 5th among Shortstops. He is 62nd among all players, but I wanted him enough that I used the 48th pick of the draft to grab him. There is a method to what I'm doing.

Oh, and using his "O-Rank" he's 3rd behind only Jeter and Tejada at SS.
