Here in the real world, we've had covering snow for over two weeks now. The thought that kids wouldn't go to school just because the streets are covered with ice is preposterous.Why can't you be a non-conformist just like everybody else?

School only gets cancelled up here when the power goes out. Im out of high school now so it doesnt matter anymore, but even when it did matter I just made up my own holidays. One of them was "I dont feel like getting out of bed today day" another was "No tests today so whats the point of going to school today day". Im sure I'll end up regretting it sometime soon but life goes on. ( well not really
