  • 'Poly Doctors, Im scared

Im sitting here on my computer and I turned me head to see what was on tv and I got really dizzy out of nowhere, it felt like I got punched really hard, sans the pain. No nausea or anything, just the spinning room and temporary loss of balance (had I been standing I would have fallen).

I havent had any caffiene, and I havent been doing any excercise. Im not dehydrated and I just got done eating breakfast.

    Wtf?

          Any history of anaemia?

Yes, but it wasnt a seizure, I just got really damn dizzy for a second or two.

The funny thing is Im watching ER and one of the patients is being checked for Epilepsy.

I wonder if my mind is playing tricks on me.

Probably a brief, inner-ear disturbance ... nothing more. It happens to me on rare occasions as well.
