But I guess you're right. Newcastle couldn't possibly beat them.
Screw that... ManU can't beat Chelsea . And remember, in the FA Cup, Arsenal juuuust managed a tie against Sheffield United. Frankly, I think Chelsea wins 2 out of the 3.

2 in 3 if there lucky. I got a hunch they'll be going through a bad patch soon.

There are 11 games left, and Chelsea would have to lose 3 and then draw 1 (at least) and have ManU or Arsenal win every single match. That's not going to happen.
no kidding, they don't have a left footed defender now, having sold babywhathisface to newcastle, gallas can play there but it's a bit of a weakness.

i think chelsea will win the prem, but i can see barca knocking them out of the champions league, and hopefully liverpool will win the mickey mouse cup () at the weekend, come on you dirty scousers!

Well Man Utd are played great defense of late, but Arsenal isn't look all that great. And even though I am a Magpies fan, I think Chelsea with a full starting compliment will beat my boys.

Of course the main problem for the chasers is they basically have to WIN every game. One draw may destroy their chances. We'll see how Chelsea copes with losing Bridge, but I don't think they'll be dropping many.

Not really. I think they are 50 for and 8 against ATM. They have the stingiest defence in the EPL this season.

Either ManU or Arsenal would have to win on points. Less likely for Arsenal, but could happen for ManU.

Well I like our draw. We can beat Forest, and Spurs make Newcastle look like Real Madrid.

There is only a difference of 13 goals at the moment.
If they loose 3 games 1-0 and ManU wins those 3 games 1-0, that means there's only 7 goals in it with about 7 or 8 games to go.

That would be why we're 9th in the league and you're 13th.

We have the prospect of actually being good one day.

Anway last time I watched Spurs play Newcastle in the cup, we put six goals past your joke team.

Thats debatable. What do you have once the talisman that is Shearer has retired? A few youngsters that never really took off, one big clumsy striker and one whos sure to leave when the going gets tough. And a manager that cant get along wiht his own mother.

Ironic that the best hope you have for the future is playing without the worry of Shearer saving you everytime. That doesnt sound like a good prospect to me.

They'll be fine. Shearer hasn't really been carrying the team for a couple of years now. He's still our best player, but not the force he once was. I feel for Souness: things had got completely out of hand at St James. Hopefully, he'll sort out all the crap before he gets fired.

1-0 sounds like a real thrashing to me. Reminds me of KK's black and white Brazil putting seven past Spurs a few years back.

Its shame KK and the "black and white brazil" bottled it that one season they had a good run, and a shame youve not played anywhere near as good since.

I guess its hard looking back for past glories for you lot, last being in the 1950's an all.
