Sunday Morning is the day Washington talks to America. Various politician do the rounds, talking about policy, politics, etc. This is frequently the time that the Administration will float policy balloons, various Congressmen will try to be seen, etc.
Since the election, I've noticed a disturbing trend. Many of the major talk shows feature the same person on the same day at the same time. Two weeks ago, everyone was interviewing Rumsefield. Last week it was Dr. Rice. This week, two stations were interviewing Sen. Clinton (I didn't check Tim Russert's show).
What the hell? Has Washington discourse fallen so in line behind the Prez that no one has anything else to say? Is the Prez so determined to be on message that they only allow one of their people to talk at a time? Does anyone else find this a little disturbing?
