expect another 69 or so easy if nothing spectacular happens.
I knew 2 of my great grand parents (they lived in their 90s) all my grand parents are alive and pretty well, in their early 80s, etc all around very healthy family and I consider I have a pretty healthy livestyle.
(never smoke, very fit, eating not so bad..)
Of course its not the length but the quality that matters, (im talking about life)... but I have no regrets yetComment
