Mission: Impossible?

Thirty-five Greenpeace (search) protesters got more than they may have bargained for when they stormed the International Petroleum Exchange in London on Wednesday. According to "The Times" of London, they slipped into a closing door and then roared onto the trading floor, blowing whistles and sounding foghorns.

They were hoping to paralyze oil trading at the exchange. But the traders, most of them under 25 years old, rushed the protesters, pushing filing cabinets on top of them and kicking and punching them until they retreated. Twenty-seven protesters were arrested. Two were hospitalized, one with a broken jaw and the other with a concussion. One protester says, "I have never seen anyone less amenable to listening our point of view."

Hahahahahahahaha. Oh that sounds like fun.

Yeah, I usually attempt to have someone listen to my point of view by blowing whistles and foghorns so I can disrupt them .

This is the problem with the left. They have alot of good ideas, but they're so out of touch with reality that stuff like this happens.

I don't know how familiar you are with them, but the floor traders I've met are pretty athletic. They have to be.

The problem is that a few vocal loonies make the Right think the Left is all loonies just because the loonies are so vocal.

The Greenpeace members were trespassing and trying to disrupt the business activity. The oil traders were trying to prevent the disruption and informing the Greenpeace nutjobs (er... 'activists') to kindly GET THE HELL OUT!
