I think any sniper would tell you, it's very agonizing to shoot a guy wearing a swastika armband, only to lie awake in bed later that night, thinking, "What if it was just a spoiled inbred Briton with no common sense? If it were, would I still be justified in only using one bullet, instead of being sure with two?" That's why we need to be careful. But trust us, your concerns are appreciated.

Except our snipers dont kill kids cause of what they might grow up to be. They attempt to kill based on the actions of adults.
