It makes no distinction between ends and means. When I answer "We must help those without health care." about health care I think churches and charity, it thinks government programs. There are several examples like that.
Morally, I suppose I do tend liberal on traditional liberal concerns, but I have totally different ideas regarding solutions towards solving those concerns.
