I know you ain't too keen on cause and effect but in that thread I was running down the sequence of events that led up to Okla City starting with Reagan's militarisation of law enforcement in the name of the drug war. It was this militarisation that led to the heavy handed tactics at Waco and Ruby Ridge followed by McVeigh and Okla City. Cause and effect, cause and effect... Now we see 9/11 and people with your grasp of cause and effect are acting like the saintly US discovered the Muslim world in the 1990s and they just cant stand us being "free". Money is just the medium we use for value, if there was no government printing paper we'd be using something else - like gold, silver, whatever. Nope, I'd look at the context before jumping to conclusions - you jump first and then look for "proof" to justify the leap. If we are discussing the cause and effect that led to Hitler we may cite the Treaty of Versailles.

Then you offered your "interpretation" of a a quote that came AFTER you accused me of apologising for McVeigh. Unfortunately for you, the quote said nothing about a moral justification for anyone. If I was supporting McVeigh why didn't you find any justification for what he did in that quote? Because I was identifying cause and effect, not moral justification. But since what I wrote doesn't help support your accusation, you have to spin the quote.

It wasn't important before? No, you made the accusation on the first page and couldn't quote me to support it. So you twisted a later quote to justify your earlier accusation after the fact. You jumped to a conclusion and then looked for proof later to justify the leap. That means you have a motive to "interpret" anything I said later to justify jumping to your conclusion, i.e., you have a motive to ignore what I wrote and the context. Choke on that...

I watched interviews with his family and friends who knew how he reacted to Waco and Ruby Ridge. I trust them before trusting you... And who said he was noble? Btw, he wasn't alone. Terry Nichols helped him, did they just happen to share the same mental disorder?
