It's definitely a problem at the co-location company. I tried, over several days, with as many different accounts as I can get my hands on, to attempt to access the firaxis server. No go.

I kept getting "Destination net unreachable" whenever I did a ping or trace route. It seems to be a configuration problem with a firewall or gateway, most likely.

I'm going to need you to send me the complete traceroute from whatever systems you can't reach the server with. Email them to me and I'll make sure they can get them. Also, do me a favor and send me your IP address so I can try pinging YOU from the server and see what happens.

Thanks. Here's some info for you. I access the server from a dialup account most of the time. I did a search on APNIC and so far I have a type C subnet at 202.64.16.0 - 202.64.16.255. A traceroute I did from 202.64.16.205 is this:
