Just read the email from Urban Ranger, I had no idea the server had been down for so long! There is actually a script that should be running every 15 minutes to make sure the server is up, and put it up if it isn't, but it must not have been running, or something. We've all been a little busy around the office lately 
so excuse me for not checking in as often as usual.
I doubt if anyone really wants to know, but the reason the server goes down periodically is that it's not designed to run as an NT service, so it has to be manually started when the machine is rebooted, which our webserver has done periodically.
Apologies all around, especially if you were having a good game!
Let me know what you want to do, I will probably have to restart the game as I don't think I can recover lost accounts, and it would probably be time-prohibitive to regenerate everyone's accounts. I will definitely extend the auto-delete period and I can also post the URL for the script that will kickstart the TW server if it's down.
