Illegals reporting thread

I think we need to have a thread that centralises all the reporting of players and characters who didn't pre-register. When one of us sees one we check this thread to see if that person is reported. If not, we post the name here and inform Dan.

they all seem to be on right around the same time, consecutively... and they are all in unusual ships. And now there is a new corporation - the Undead - including reaper and the undertaker. Something should be done!

So, since there were no objections in the other thread, ReapeR and Undertaker must be eliminated.

However, ReapeR needs to be recreated with a basic starting ship.
