i don't get it... how are there already 2 citadels in the game?

Could they be alien controlled? I haven't encountered them yet so I don't know where they are. Care to share a little more info?Peace, Wisdom, and No Karma -
All I know is that in the game information (press v @ main command) 16% of planets have citadels. When I first joined the game, I saw on a different info screen that 2 planets had citadels. This means there were citadels at the start of the game, but with no aliens I have no idea why they are there. I have not encountered them in actual fact.Originally posted by Spekter

When I joined it said 2 planets 50% citadels.
