POLL: How many would like a bigger universe

I saw that the universe in the current game is 1000. How many of you would like it bigger? if yes, then how big. What other features would you like enables/disabled

MY vote. 2000 sectors, and allow more ports thats it.

Well, judging from the number of players currently in the game, I would say that 5000 would be more likely to result in a good game. If the universe was enlarged that much, however, I think it would be a good idea to increase the turns to around 500 or 600 to *allow* people to get way out there. Not too much tho, or it would defeat the purpose of a bigger space - giving people more room in the early game.

2000? Umm.. No. Currently playing in a 20000 sector game with less the half the amount of people. I would recommend at least 5000.

Maybe the next reset it'll be bigger, like 3000.

It looks like a lot of the players are either DL's or have lost interest.

Definitely bigger is better. If we actually have over 150 active players, 20000 sectors would be best. But probably 5000 will do since attrition seems to have taken its toll.

I too have been encountering difficulties playing lately. I would like to play a new 5000 sector game, since I am pretty new to trade wars and didn't get rich early on the close ports. I think we could all have a lot more fun if the game was reset to a larger size with more ports. How about it, dan?

Well, I for one will stay and keep playing here (since it's starting to get more and more interesting, and will get more open when some of the idle folks in Fedspace get removed for not playing), but I would also like to play on a game with more sectors. I would think that 3000 would be good for the number of serious players that we have.

5000 would be ideal. 20000 is far too big.
