100-140, IIRC. We came up about even, since fighters are about as expensive as shields, right? That was a bonehead move on your part, leaving yourself in a travel lane outside of Fedspace. Unfortunately, I didn't have the turns to pick up add'l fighters, finish the job, and then crawl into my own little hole.

It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

I know the location of one of the corporation's home worlds, on which it appears they are building a citadel, and around which orbits three or four ships nightly--all outside Fed Space.
I might be willing to part with this information, given a sufficient fee. This one might be expensive for you, though, considering the vulnerable nature of the catch and the value of the booty.
Anyway, Fed Space is vastly overrated--it's several turns away from anything even remotely interesting.

"which corporation's?"
Like I'm going to divulge that information for free.
