Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
We can make a 1.21f compatible version of course, but I would like to wait and see if Infogrames decide to release a Spanish 1.29f before starting work on that.
If they don't, I don't mind putting in a bit of work to make a 1.21f compatible version instead.
I'm sorry to hear that it seems unlikely you will get a 1.29f patch. So I guess there are two ways for the mod to become compatible with Spanish Civ3 - either by making a Spanish 1.21f version, or a Spanish PtW version.
Personally, I would prefer the last option since we would be missing some features if the mod is made 1.21f compatible. But if there is demand for it, I won't rule out doing both (I've got lots of time to spend these next few months, so why not?)
I would need some help of course - someone with a spanish Civ3/PtW would be absolutely indispensable.

I must say I'm sorry to have missed this part of Apolyton for so long - I have promised myself to start reading regularly here on the Spanish Civ site too. With a bit of luck, it might even help me keep my Spanish in shape
@_j6_: Lets hope Infogrames are spending all this time fixing the language compatibility problem. I know that's not what they said originally, but perhaps the online petition against Infogrames IberÃca has made them change their minds.
@Kal-El: I'm sure you will have no problem coming up with things for me to do, while you're attending Real-Life matters
