Yaroslav, would you mind programing alone for the moment? Hopefully once we get some basic things done and show the world that we're serious about it, we'll get some help. If you are, post your e-mail and I'll send you some info.

I think I've got the map-idea sorted and a basic military system done...I just need to write up the ideas and get them made into a game

It is, when you've enough programmers to do a large amount ob work.

The most difficult part is the graphic interface, but the internal codes are quite simple. When I programmed for fun (ah, long time ago) everything was easy for me excepting the graphics.

it can´t be that easy,

why then anybody has been able to introduce more civs than seven to civ2, for example

That involves modifying a game which I'm guessing is damn near impossible if you don't have the source code.

maybe i´m talking too much because i don´t kknow a lot about programming, but the idea of making a computer game with just two persons is IMHO almost impossible

It is unless it's really simple (which this isn't)...that's why I'm hopeing that more people become interested once we show that it will actually become a game rather than just remain as ideas.

i think there are projects like that about a new game like civ2, what do you know about them?

A lot of them are ambitious and perhaps slightly over complicated...for example the Clash project. FreeCiv and CivEvo have been completed are quite good, as they've been kept relativly the same.
