Yep, this is a thread to discuss about the next installment of The Spanish Civ Site Scenario Series 
To ge the discussion going, here are a few things I'd need for the start:
a map of the bay of Cartagena (Imprescindible!!!)
Number of forces. I overheard it was 26 000 englishmen vs 600 spanairds. Ain't it a bit exaggerated? Needs confirmation. Description of ships, firepower, etc...
How's that for a start, uh?
In a civvish-related note, gotta to study Gothmog's Pitt's War at Sea scenario. He did a superb job there in getting the ships to be 'smart'
This scen will be relatively easy to design but very hard to playtest
