        for what i know, another italian on SLeague was doing something about this theme...

        And there are no scens about this, too... ( ? )

              Austrian succession war - the italian front . This was the battle plans tempted by french marshal Belle Isle to take Assietta's fortified top.

                Aha... the uniforms looked more early 18th than late 18th century to me, but the reference to "francese artillery", etc, made me think of Napoleón.

                The Sucession War sounds interesting. There aren't much scns about that time, if any. I remember kIndal had something about it.

                      I sent an e-mail few days ago to a friend from Alessandria, if he's interested in doing this a four-hand work. If not, i'll do it shortly after my Ex oriente lux restyling ( ready for Gok blue, JB? ). After all, I've a lot of material about it. Currently I'm searching about "l'Infante di Spagna" that made Franco-spaniards victorious at Madonna dell'Olmo's battle, but it seems there's not enough stuff on italian Web...
