    As it seems there are some people around here learning Spanish I've thought it would be a good idea to compile a list of common mistakes about our language:

    finito is not Spanish, it's Italian.
    desperado doesn't exist, the right one is desesperado.
    ñ is an extra letter we have, different from n,
    check this to see how important is to not to mix them up:
    c o n o=c o n e
    c o ñ o=c u n t
    (alt+164, alt+165)

    I bet JB knows some more...

    Yep, a funny one: año=year, ano=a s s h o l e. Very important not to mix up those

      Hmm, interesting.

      The Greek equivelent to them would be:

      Cone: Konos
      We will skip Waku's second example.

      Year: Etos, or Chronos
      As shole: Gaidaros Trypa

      Still working on sentance structure, as far as writing it goes.

        I still remember when some spanish studying friends of mine returned from thier first lesson, after telling the teacher that they had twelve *******s
        (yes we start sudying French, Spanish or German at the age of twelve in this country).
