It's not that easy.... the dog would suggest me Charles III but he was not red-haired... has to be an Habsburg... I'd say... Philip IV?

Yes, it is Philip IV... I got it from a Velázquez painting, he's with his dog too, like Charles III in the Goya painting.

Too, I have thought that he is Charles III, as the painting where he is wearing black clothes and hunting with a dog.
The idea of a "Horrors Gallery" sounds very cool,in fact you have a special file with famous people, haven´t you?
I would add my Charles I and Olivares units but everybody know them
