Now that we share borders and a wish for peace and prosperity, we would like to give your countries a little boost. We would like to enact full alliances and trade pacts. Poland to Russia: No. We have been oppressed by Russians for too long, and cannot risk it again.

Draka offers Poland a Defensive Alliance. This is seperate from our alliances and will allow Draka forces to fight in Poland to defend it in case there is an invasion ever. These forces will not enter Poland unless there is conflict and Poland will be completely independent and remain so.
