Yes Civman, that'll be fine. We were neutral in this great war, but we built up force and have been striking since.

By the Way, it's the Dominion of Draka not Drakia, i had a typo in the original speeling.

I see the Germans swallowed their allies, the Moors, Belgiums and Austrians....

          "So how do you?"

The ambassador was a slight man, easily forgotten in the shadow of the Draka president, whos villanous smile granted a shivering air to the smaller foreigner, the ambassador from a small South American nation, apparently the Draka were the role models for the people of the Empire of La Plata could see strength, thought the President.

"How do we do what?" he questioned back.

"In La Plata we are constantly faced with native insurrections, we have nowhere near the landmass of your own nation, how do you keep them in line?"

The villanous grin grew upon itself, teeth were bared in a manner that the president imagined freindly, but wich intimidated the ambassador even moer than he would regularly have been intimidated.

          "We don't."

A conifused look spread across his face.

"What do you do.... then?" he was afraid of whatever the President's tongue might bring.

"Why, my dear man," a dramatic pause, "We simply kill them all."

          "All of them?"

"Well not all, of course, some we enslave to mine or farm, most we kill though." The villinous head nodded sagely. His evil wisdom propigated.

          "but... that's wrong. Isn't it?"

"Wrong?" Confusion took it's turn at the President's face now, "Wrong? I do not think in such terms. We care not for right and Wrong here in the Dominion, we only care about power. There is no wring and right, you see. They are transient ideals imposd by culture. The Cultures change.. and so do they. You see? But Power, power is universal. The Universal language, is the bullet."

He turned to an aide, "Write that sown."

"Besides, who really cares what the Europeans feel? Their on their deathbd, they came they conqured, but now the time has come for their children to bear fruit. From the United States, to Draka, to even La Plata we are readying our guns. Europe's day is over. Now is the Golden age of Africa and America."

An unsure smile came across the ambassador's ace.

          "I suppose so."

The freindly smile resumed as the Draka president clapped him on the back.

"Good," he spoke in proud tones.

          -

          Otto stood before his troops.

"Southern Sudan. A hellish place. Guerrilas to be sure, Swamps and desert, not really much reason to go there as they have only one thing to offer, slaves."

Chuckles came from the Draka troops before him.

"But we have no interest in those slaves, generally of a scrawny breed, however we want the land for a series of Strategic reasons. We also theorise that we can drain the swamps to have some semblance of Plantations. Anyway, the end result is this, we are moving out, the entire Legion, to take the land over. Prepare the Gatling guns and saddle the horses. The time is come.

Thud: The Ottomans were neutral in the Great War, so should we say Austria just doesn't exist and expand your boorder a bit? Or say they were neutral? And what happened to Belgium, you didn't leave it any room! And I suppoe the Moors could just be that one little corner in NW Africa, but I envisioned them being a bit bigger. Could you clarify a bit?

First post is updated. Map is what I would recommend for revised German borders, but it's Thud's choice.

Wait, SKILORD, the story doesn't start yet. I haven't created the unclaimed nations yet, and won't until JAck_www chooses his country. But I will probably creat that Empire of La Plata as a "white" nation. I suppose you could do a bit of diplomacy right now, but you can't actually do anything.

Ooops, I forgot about Belgium, sorry. All of your map changes are fine.
