To Germany (secret): Then agree to the formula we proposed before: demilitarize Turkey. You have the land, we have the same security afforded us by the present arrangements with them. If you agree to this, we will foment a coup within Turkey that will allow you to annex it without bloodshed.

To Israel (secret) If you would please we shall carry out or plan. However we shall not station troops within 50 kilometers of the border if you do likewise. Platoons are allowed to patrol the DMZ for security reasons. This is the Reich's stance and the fuher in not known to compromise with Jews.

Russia builds some nukes and begins mad drafting into the army. Gun production is now an arm oif the army, and soldiers are being enlisted to produce weapons, like Tanks and Aircraft.

Nuclear weapons are not an asset of the Army, they remain under the Premier's direct command.

Continue advance into USM holdings in South America, cease advancing into Mexico. Leave enough troops in the area to repell any enemy military advance, and divert the rest to an invasion of Alaska.

Production orders:
Secretly begin missile defense system of our own. Glean as much information as possible from the Israeli version, no spying, just as much as can be observed and derived and legally ferreted out (Don't be conspicuous). Begin development stages of space program, working conjunction with military missile development, tying the programs together so that developments in one aid the other.

To Germany (secret): We authorized you to invade turkey, and we are still willing to permit you to do so (just in case you have been ignoring all diplomatic messages for the past few years). Our sole demand is that you restrict your military operations in the areas of Turkey within striking distance of our borders as a sign that you do not wish to threaten us. We are willing to accept miltiary operations by you in the areas of Turkey not near our borders (the area west of Cyprus, for instance), but east of it is considered a direct threat to the State of Israel. we are not asking you to leave your southern border defenceless; after all, if you were not invading, your border would not be here at all. We ask again, why is it that you refuse to grant our request for security, at a time when your anti-Jewish rhetoric is at a higher level than ever, if you do not wish to threaten us?

To Isreal (secret) The concessions must be made on your behalf. Perhaps a mutal DMZ on either side of the proposed border. Our military is already poised to roll in we will not prevent this, but we will not make matters worse by provoking your people.

However we MUST have security. If anything your recent attack on Japan shows that Israel has little control over its own nuclear weapons let alone its citizens. The Reich's protection must and can only be assured by the Reich alone.

To Germany (secret) We are prepared to agree on a mutual DMZ, although it would have to be rather more extensive on your side fo the border (you have far more space to retreat into, after all). And taking control of Turkey wouldn't help you if we decided to use nuclear weapons; Turkey would be completely irrelevant in such a situation.
